for 2 glasses :
3 oranges
10 mint leaves
1 fennel bulb
1Wash the fennel and cut into large pieces. Wash the mint leaves and put 6 of them through the
juicer with the fennel. Set aside the juice. Next, juice the oranges in the citrus press.
2Combine the two juices and serve immediately. Decorate with the remaining mint leaves.
